Two: When you are not able to immediately reach us by phone, we will most likely get back to you within the hour, but guarantee we will contact with you within 24 hours of a business day. Yep, you won’t ever need to say, “I don’t know what happened to my designer. Three: Though some design companies charge additional fees to hand over design files from your project, Effusion never does. Once your project is complete and paid for, you hold ownership of your project design files to use at your discretion. You’ll receive the files via Dropbox or download once the project has wrapped.

Four: You can always reach us and will always know what is happening with your project at all times. Not only can you speak to us over the phone, but you will have access to our 24/7 online project management system that contains all artwork, text, milestone dates, and correspondence for your project in one convenient location. That means you can check in whenever it is convenient for you. It also means you are not responsible for getting the information to other decision makers on your team because they can be linked into the system as well. Bottom line: Everyone is on the same page at all times. Whew! Relief!
